INTRAMURAL JOURNAL (Carwana)

 This blog article shows my experiences and participation of the games during our Intramural 2023..





This is our first preliminary volleyball game against the Golden Lion team, they are strong and had a solid defense. We didn't have any skilled players but the Golden team had such talented and skillful players so we were doomed from the very start.. But because of my team's strong willed they didn't want to give up so easily, they didn't think of our unfortunate situation against the Golden Team they just wanted to try their best as they could.. 

 


They kept going, even when we all felt overwhelmed they did their very best to win against a strong team. Unfortunately we did lose the game, but that didn't stop us from going for our next Preliminary game...


Basketball game Red Falcon vs Golden Lion.. They outclassed us again because the Golden Lion team had two great basketball players, we tried our very best to win again but there was an accident that happened in the middle of the game.. One of our team player accidentally got hit by the ball she nearly collapsed and she got sent into the clinic right away, our game moderator sir John made a rule for the basketball girls that every 1-2 minutes we take a 1 minute break and he also stated that if ever we cannot take it anymore we can just ask for a substitute.. 

The game continues and we all strive for victory.. Everyone were out for the ball, chasing for the ball, fighting over the ball.. It was chaos.!




But then again.. we lost, but! we kept on going, we're not going to stop aiming for the top 3 leaderboard. We're not going to let our defeat get the best of us, we still had much more to win than lose.. but during those times, we'll never forget the one thing that is important to keep during our Intramural, our friendship and the fun. Even when we're all opponents we still had  fun times together, we still kept our friendship and didn't take the games seriously because all this is about is to show our skills, talents and to gain grades! 





We even show support on other teams, and still have fun moments together outside the court..


And after everything our team reached the top 3 and we are all proud of ourselves and eachother, this is the best team I've been apart of  I will never forget the memories I made with this team. Unfortunately the grade 10 students will be graduating this school year, I'm glad I got to know them during Intramural, I wish the best for them and I hope they could show more of their skills and talents next year. They were the reason why Red Falcon is cheerful and full of positivity!

I learned a lot from this year's Intramural, and hopefully next year's Intramural would be the same even if the Grade 10 students aren't.. I hope I could share more of my experiences in this year's Intramural to others and improve my games..

  MUSEO DE ANNATA - These are 5 antiques I took pictures of from our school event program, old things that are from 100 years ago or more than a hundred years. I only pictured my favourites and share it with you, names and descriptions for each antiques.  - These are "Binoculars" from the 80s, Binoculars are used to see things from afar this is very useful especially for camping or for hiking and other activities. You can see things from a mile away using Binoculars. I chose this antique because I have always been interested by it and wanted to try it.   - This is a "Flat Iron" from the 1880s, this is the oldest version of an Iron flat. Before it didn't need an electricity to heat up, the iron would be heated over flames until sufficiently hot, at which time it would be picked up with an insulated glove. John Alan Lasseter Biography:   Isang Amerikanong direktor ng pelikula, produksyon, at animator. Siya ay nagsilbi bilang Punong Tagapamahala ng Animasyon sa Skydance Animation mula noong 2019. Whittier, California, United States of America Buhay Ipinanganak noong Enero 12, 1958, Josh Lassester ay isang animator, direktor, produksyon, at manunulat para sa karamihan sa aking mga paboritong pelikula noong aking kabataan. Si Lasseter ang responsable sa karamihan sa tagumpay ng Pixar at nag-abala sa lahat ng mga proyekto ng studio. Ang unang trabaho ni Lasseter ay sa The Walt Disney Company, kung saan siya ay naging isang animator. Kasunod nito, sumali siya sa Lucasfilm, kung saan siya ay nagtrabaho sa pagsasalin ito ng CGI animation.
